The deputy governorship hopeful of the All Progressives Congress in the November 21st race in Kogi State, James Faleke, today filed a suit at the Federal High Court, Abuja, against INEC over their decision to declare the November 21st decision uncertain. In the suit which was filed by his counsel, Wole Olanikpekun, Faleke solicited that they announce him victor from the decision. He scowled at the choice by his party, APC to field Yahaya Bello as Audu Abubakar’s substitute for the December fifth supplementary election ..
