The Syrian government forces have deployed at the least 2 surface-to-air missile systems (photos below) to the region of Hasakah in eastern Syria, pro-government social media marketing account reported. The move followed Pentagon’s statement that the United States is ready to shoot down Syrian warplanes over Hasakah.
